02What if I haven’t reached 10 years?
Thank you for your interest! While this program is for customers with over 10 years of SolaX storage inverter usage, we truly value all our customers.

03Is the upgrade completely free?
We provide a completely free inverter upgrade (X1 Vast 10k) for eligible 10-year customers.
If you would like to add or replace solar panels and batteries, once we’ve confirmed your 10-year eligibility, a local installer will contact you to provide a quotation for those additional services. -
04How long will the upgrade take?
After you receive our confirmation email, installation is typically scheduled within one month.
For rural areas, installation can usually be completed within 2–3 months. -
05What if I want to add a battery?
We provide a completely free inverter upgrade for eligible 10-year customers. If you wish to add or replace solar panels and batteries, once we verify your 10-year eligibility, a local installer near you will contact you with a quotation.
